Ola Pankiw, owner of Footrespect, a private foot health clinic in Altrincham, UK, first became a Beech client in 2022, when her existing website provider recommended Beech as an ideal organisation to work with when his business was closing. As a solo practitioner, she understood the importance of reaching more patients but felt overwhelmed by the idea of digital marketing and hadn’t invested into digital marketing services before beyond website hosting.

1. Building on her existing website experience 

  • We optimised her existing website to attract patients to book directly through it. This included a refresh of the homepage design, adjusting the layout and styling of key pages and adding links to Ola’s new Calendly booking system. We made sure the website was mobile-responsive and ensuring accessibility across all devices. 
  • We implemented SEO techniques and optimisation into her website content, targeting foot care and podiatry keywords, especially Altrincham, as Ola wanted to attract local people. 
  • We introduced a blog section, where Ola could add new articles and blog posts, and created blog posts on her behalf using SEO techniques. 
  • To showcase her excellent Google reviews, we embedded them on the website so visitors could easily see Ola’s credibility as a foot health practitioner.            

2. Working with Google Business Profile  

  • Continuous Google Business Profile optimisation and management was incorporated, including adding new content and updating services regularly. 
  • Monitoring new Google reviews and adding them to Ola’s website, adding trust and credibility to her services and supporting digital marketing activities. 
  • Local SEO references were used to capture “near me” and Altrincham-related searches.
      

3. Implementing a Social Media Management Strategy

  • Beech worked with Footrespect to build a successful social media presence from scratch, including regular posting and analysis. 
  • This involved creating content for Facebook and Instagram, optimising it for those platforms and ensuring the topics were appropriate for Ola’s target audience and her digital marketing strategy. 
  • We regularly share patient success stories and treatment insights. 
  • There is consistent brand messaging across both platforms and followers could feel like they were communicating with Ola directly. 
  • Community engagement allows us to help Ola build trust and authority in the foot healthcare space.
